Manuscript Title
The manuscript title should be concise, informative, and specific. It should accurately describe the technological problem, research object, methodology, system, application, or engineering issue investigated in the study.
Abstract
The abstract should briefly summarize the research background or problem, objectives, methods, major findings, and conclusions.
The abstract should consist of approximately 125–175 words and should be written as one coherent paragraph.
Keywords: 3–5 keywords representing the principal technical or scientific concepts discussed in the article.
INTRODUCTION
The Introduction should describe the background and context of the technological or engineering problem addressed by the study.
Authors should explain the importance of the research, review relevant previous studies, identify limitations or gaps in existing research and technologies, and clearly articulate the novelty and objectives of the study.
Relevant previous research should be critically synthesized rather than merely listed. The Introduction should demonstrate how the proposed research, system, method, design, technology, or application contributes to existing knowledge or practice.
The Introduction should generally not exceed 20% of the main article body.
METHOD
The Method section should provide sufficient information to allow readers to understand and, where appropriate, reproduce the research procedures.
Depending on the type of study, this section may include:
- Research or engineering design
- Experimental procedures
- Materials and equipment
- Hardware and software specifications
- System architecture
- Dataset or data sources
- Algorithms and computational procedures
- Research instruments
- Prototype development
- Testing procedures
- Performance measurements
- Data collection methods
- Data analysis techniques
For experimental engineering studies, authors should clearly explain the materials, equipment, variables, and testing conditions.
For informatics and information systems studies, authors should describe system development methods, system architecture, algorithms, datasets, testing mechanisms, and evaluation metrics where applicable.
Avoid unnecessary textbook definitions of established methods unless they are essential to understanding the research.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The Results and Discussion section should clearly present and critically interpret the main research findings.
Results may include experimental measurements, system performance, testing results, simulations, computational outputs, prototype evaluations, comparative analyses, usability evaluations, or other relevant findings.
Tables, diagrams, figures, flowcharts, photographs, graphs, and other visual representations may be used where appropriate.
The Discussion should explain:
- What are the main technical or scientific findings?
- How well did the proposed method, system, prototype, or technology perform?
- Why did particular results occur?
- How do the findings compare with existing approaches or previous studies?
- What improvements or innovations are demonstrated?
- What are the limitations of the proposed approach?
- What are the potential engineering, technological, industrial, or information-system applications?
The Discussion should emphasize scientific and technological interpretation rather than simply repeating numerical results.
All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively, clearly captioned, and referred to in the main text.
CONCLUSION
The Conclusion should clearly summarize the principal findings of the research and explain how they address the stated objectives.
The conclusion should emphasize the contribution, effectiveness, or significance of the proposed method, design, system, technology, or application. Authors may also discuss study limitations and suggest possible improvements or directions for future research.
The Conclusion should be written in paragraph form rather than as numbered points.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT (IF ANY)
The Acknowledgment section may recognize institutions, laboratories, research funders, sponsors, organizations, technical assistants, or other individuals who contributed significantly to the research.
REFERENCES
All references cited in the manuscript must be included in the reference list, and all sources in the reference list must be cited in the manuscript.
Authors should prioritize relevant, recent, and reputable scientific publications, particularly peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, standards, technical publications, and authoritative academic books.
Where available, the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) should be included.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, or similar applications to ensure citation consistency and accuracy.
