Manuscript Title

The manuscript title should be clear, concise, specific, and informative. It should accurately represent the research topic, major variables or concepts, and context of the study where relevant.

Abstract

The abstract should provide a concise and comprehensive overview of the article, including the research background or context, objectives, methods, main findings, and conclusions.

The abstract should consist of approximately 125–175 words and be presented as a single paragraph.

Keywords: 3–5 keywords representing the essential topics and concepts of the manuscript.

INTRODUCTION

The Introduction should explain the background of the research problem, the relevance of the topic, research objectives, and the academic or practical significance of the study.

Authors should critically review relevant previous research to establish the state of the art, identify gaps in existing studies, and explain how the present study contributes new knowledge or perspectives.

The literature review should preferably be integrated into the Introduction rather than separated into a general theoretical review section. The Introduction should conclude with a clear statement of the research objectives, research questions, or hypotheses where applicable.

The Introduction should generally comprise no more than 20% of the article's main body.

METHOD

The Method section should clearly describe the research design and procedures used in the study.

Depending on the research approach, this section may include:

  • Research design and approach
  • Research location or context
  • Population and sample
  • Research participants or informants
  • Data sources
  • Research variables
  • Research instruments
  • Data collection techniques
  • Data analysis techniques
  • Validity, reliability, or data verification procedures

Quantitative studies should provide sufficient information about sampling procedures, measurement instruments, and statistical analyses. Qualitative studies should explain participant selection, data collection, analysis procedures, and strategies used to ensure the trustworthiness of findings.

Authors should avoid presenting lengthy textbook definitions of research methods.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

The Results and Discussion section should present the principal findings and provide an analytical interpretation of their significance.

Research results should be presented systematically and supported by relevant tables, figures, graphs, or other forms of evidence where necessary.

The Discussion should not merely repeat the findings. It should interpret them, explain possible reasons behind the results, compare them with previous studies, and demonstrate the contribution of the research.

The discussion should address:

  • The most important findings of the study
  • The relationship between the findings and the research objectives
  • Possible explanations for the findings
  • Similarities and differences compared with previous research
  • Theoretical and practical implications
  • Contributions to management, accounting, economics, or business practices

Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and cited within the text.

CONCLUSION

The Conclusion should summarize the main findings and directly answer the objectives or questions of the study.

The section should highlight the contribution and implications of the research without repeating entire portions of the Results and Discussion. Authors may also include recommendations for future research and relevant practical recommendations.

The Conclusion should be presented in paragraph form.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT (IF ANY)

Authors may acknowledge individuals, institutions, funding agencies, research supervisors, or other parties that provided meaningful support for the research.

REFERENCES

All sources cited in the article must be included in the reference list, and sources that are not cited in the manuscript should not be included.

References should primarily consist of relevant and credible academic publications. Authors are encouraged to prioritize recent peer-reviewed journal articles and include a DOI whenever available.

Citation and bibliography management should preferably be performed using applications such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, or other reference management software.
