  Stigma: Jurnal Akuntansi dan Manajemen is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Universitas Walisongo Gempol Pasuruan twice a year, in May and November. The journal is available online with e-ISSN 3089-8056. Stigma provides a scholarly platform for the publication and dissemination of research, conceptual studies, and academic discussions in the fields of accounting, management, economics, and business. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, accounting, financial management, human resource management, marketing management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, business economics, and other relevant areas related to the management and development of profit and non-profit organizations. The journal welcomes original contributions from academics, researchers, practitioners, and other professionals interested in advancing knowledge in accounting, management, economics, and business. Submitted manuscripts must be original works that have not been previously published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
